MIS signs digital infrastructure operation contract with HRDF

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on Jan. 15, a SAR 39.3 million contract (VAT inclusive) with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to operate the latter’s digital infrastructure, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Feb. 4.

 

The original contract copy signed by HRDF was received today, MIS added.

 

The contract term is 36 months, said the company, adding that the related financial impact is expected to be reflected on its results from Q1 2024 to Q4 2026. It also noted that there are no related parties.

 

The company announced in December 2023 winning a project worth SAR 39.25 million, including VAT, to operate HRDF's digital infrastructure, according to Argaam's data.
