Edaa adds Al-Modawat subscribed securities

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) added today, Feb. 20., the securities subscribed in Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co. to the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Al-Modawat floated 475,000 ordinary shares on Nomu, representing 20% of the company's post-IPO capital of SAR 23.75 million divided into 2.38 million shares.

 

The coverage ratio reached 135.75% of the total offered shares during the subscription period.
