Riyal Investment & Development Co. invited its shareholders to attend the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on March 14, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending bylaws including those related to the company name, purpose, headquarters, shares subscription, shares issuance, board members remuneration, board committees’ membership and dividend distribution.
