MEFIC REIT says Makkah Drnef hotels licensed to accommodate pilgrims

MEFIC REIT Fund announced that Drnef Kudai and Drnef Ajyad hotels in Makkah obtained the licenses required for the pilgrims housing and accommodation, fund manager MEFIC Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

These hotels will have a total capacity of 310 hotel rooms accommodating a total of 1,318 pilgrims, in accordance with the operator standards. This will also enable the hotels to benefit from the Hajj season with a positive impact on fund inflows and future cash dividends.
