Zoujaj says change in fair value of investment property doesn’t impact earnings

National Co. for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) clarified that the financial statement section “profit (losses) resulting from change in investment properties fair value” in the company’s disclosure dated March 26, has no impact on the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Zoujaj stated that the fair value gains of investment properties amounted to SAR 32.5 million by the end of 2023, representing 9.9% of the capital, Argaam earlier reported.
