Shareholders of Lazurde Co. for Jewelry approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year board term starting April 26, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on April 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Among these members are Salim Fakhoury, Adnan Al-Khalaf, Rayan Qutb, Abdullah Al-Othaim and others.
