Shareholders of Dar Almarkabah Car Rental Co. are set to elect members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on May 17, 2024, in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on May 16.

 

The shareholders will also vote on amending Article 15 of the company's bylaws related to the management.
