Edaa applies securities quantity Increase for Bank AlJazira

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced implementing a securities quantity increase for Bank AlJazira on accounts of eligible shareholders today, April 29, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Bank AlJazira’s shareholders earlier approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital by 25% through capitalizing a portion of the statutory reserve by issuing one share for every four shares held.
