Announcement Detail In reference to the Saudi Reinsurance Company "Saudi Re" announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 21/04/2024 corresponding to 12/10/1445 H regarding the invitation of its shareholders to participate and attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) which will be held virtually through means of modern technology scheduled at 20:30 on Sunday 12/05/2024 corresponding to 04/11/1445 H.

 

 

The Board of Directors of Saudi Reinsurance Company "Saudi Re" is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the electronic voting will be available for shareholders registered in the (Tadawulaty) services website, starting from 1 am on Wednesday 08/05/2024 corresponding to 29/10/1445 H and will continue until the end of the General Assembly on Sunday 12/05/2024 corresponding to 04/11/1445 H. Noting that the registration on the Tadawulaty Services website is Available on the link https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa/ir/user/login.xhtml

 

And voting is available free of charge to all contributors.
