AMAK shareholders delegate board to distribute interim dividends for 2024

Almasane Alkobra Mining Co.’s (AMAK) shareholders delegated the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.

 

The decision came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 29, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved to absolve the board members from legal liability for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2023.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, AMAK distributed 16.5% cash dividend for 2023 on a semi-annual basis at 10% for H1 and 6.5% for H2, totaling SAR 122.29 million or SAR 1.65 per share.
