United Mining Industries Co.'s board of directors decided to reappoint Raed Ibrahim Al-Mudaiheem as Chairman and Abdullah Ibrahim Al Mojel as Deputy Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al-Mudaiheem was also named Chairman of the executive committee, which includes Khalid Abdullah Al Shami and Hamad Hamdan Al-Sourayia.

 

The statement also highlighted the board's decision to appoint the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
