KEIR shareholders approve 7.5% dividend for 2023

 KEIR International Co.’s shareholders approved the distribution of a cash dividend at 7.5%, or SAR 0.075 a share, for 2023, at a total value of SAR 9 million, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 11, according to a statement to Tadawul.
