Sadara Basic approves board election for new term

Sadara Basic Services Co.’s shareholders approved the election and appointment of the board members for the next term, starting from June 5, 2024, and ending on June 4, 2027.

 

The decision came during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on June 12, according to a filing on Tadawul today June 13.
