Meyar Co.’s shareholders approved amending bylaws to comply with the new Companies Law, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 23, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

During the meeting, shareholders approved amending Articles 1, 2, 8, 11 and 47 related to transformation, the company’s name, shares subscription, shares issuance, and dividend payout, respectively.

 

Meanwhile, they approved amending the regulations of nominations and remuneration as well as audit committees.
