Electrical Industries says AJDA to transfer 7.5% shares to subsidiaries

Electrical Industries Co. received, on Aug. 6, a letter from AJDA Industrial Services Co., a major shareholder with a 28% stake in the company, indicating AJDA's intention to reorganize its internal structure.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said 82.38 million shares, representing 7.5% of AJDA stake in Electrical Industries, will be transferred to investment portfolios of subsidiaries of the same shareholder.

 

The company also noted that this transfer will alter the ownership percentage of one of its major shareholders on Tadawul.
