Alwasail withdraws application for transition to Main Market

Alwasail Industrial Co. withdrew the file it had earlier submitted for a move from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI) as it did not meet certain requirements.

 

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will fulfill these requirements, submit the file at a later time, and announce developments.

According to data available on Argaam, Alwasail announced, in December 2023, that the board approved the transition from Nomu to TASI.

 

The company applied on June 11, 2024, for a transition to TASI, through the automated system specified by the regulatory authorities for this purpose.
