Abdullah Bakhraibah, CEO of The Arab Investment Co. (TAIC)
The Arab Investment Co. (TAIC), a Pan-Arab joint-stock company established in 1974 and owned by the governments of 17 Arab countries, announced the appointment of Abdullah Bakhraibah as CEO, effective Aug. 18.
Bakhraibah has extensive experience of more than 16 years in financial and investment fields both locally and globally, acquired from his work at several local and international financial institutions. Thus, Bakhraibah will be an addition for the development of TAIC business and achievement of its strategic objectives.
He started his career as a money market dealer at SABB in 2008 and then assumed various positions at the bank until 2015.
Bakhraibah then moved to Gulf International Bank (UK), heading the sales department in Saudi Arabia until 2018. He also headed the business and product development at Ashmore Saudi Arabia. Further, he chaired the boards of directors of investment funds.
Bakhreba holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from London Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
