Atlas Elevators to set up elevator installation, maintenance unit

Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Co. ’s board approved, on Sept. 5, the establishment of a mixed limited liability company for installation and maintenance of elevators. 
 
The new unit will be co-established with Atlas Electromechanical Co., an Egyptian company, which will own 60% of the new entity’s capital, Atlas said in a statement to Tadawul.
 
 

 

Atlas Elevators will pay its share from own resources and will fulfill other regulatory requirements with the Ministries of Investment and Commerce.  

 

The move aligns with the company’s strategy that aims for growth, business development and enhanced investments.

 

Any updates will be duly announced, the statement added.
