Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Bena

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented today, Sept. 22, the securities quantity increase for Bena Steel Industries Co. on eligible shareholders' accounts, according to Tadawul website.
 
 
The company’s shareholders approved, on Sept. 17, the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital by issuing bonus shares to shareholders, capitalizing SAR 10 million from the retained earnings account, with one share distributed for every five shares held, according to data available with Argaam.
