Lamasat gets CMA’s approval to sell 6M shares on Nomu

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved today, Sept. 30, the application submitted by Lamasat Co. to register and offer six million shares, representing 7.41% of its share capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market.

The offering will be only for qualified investors and the prospectus will be published within the stipulated period prior to the offering, the market regulator said in a statement.
