Knowledge Tower OKs transfer of SAR 897,220 to retained earnings

Shareholders of Knowledge Tower Trading Co. approved transferring the statutory reserve balance of SAR 897,220 to the retained earnings balance of SAR 1.38 billion as of March 31, 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 13.

 

 

They also authorized the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
