Saudi Networkers EGM approves transferring SAR 11.2M to retained earnings

Shareholders of Saudi Networkers Services Co. approved transferring the company's statutory reserve, totaling SAR 11.21 million as of Dec. 31, 2023, to retained earnings balance of SAR 44.05 million as of June 30, 2024.

 

The approval took place in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 27, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The EGM also approved amendments to the governance, the audit committee, and the nominations and remuneration committee regulations.
