MIS pens SAR 104.7M contract with RCJY

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a contract with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) worth SAR 104.7 million (VAT inclusive), according to a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 29.
 

Under the project, MIS will operate, maintain, and provide technical support services for RCJY’s computers and digital applications.

It also entails undertaking preventive and corrective maintenance works; obtaining support and sufficiency upgrade subscriptions from third parties; software upgrades; and providing technical support for operating devices, applications and specialized services.

 

The three-year deal is expected to have a positive financial impact on MIS results as of Q1 2025, the statement added.
