Mayar’s unit inks contract to operate poultry farm

Mayar Holding Co.’s subsidiary, Jedaya Poultry Production Co., signed a contract to operate Namsha Mubarak Poultry Farm in Al-Aflaj and produce broiler chickens at an annual capacity of approximately 1.5 million pieces, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract aims to boost production of broiler chickens of different weights, through nine pens. The contract’s value will be determined based on the quantity as well as the amount in each cycle.

The project has an agricultural operation license and is expected to reflect positively on financial statements starting Q1 2025.

 

There are no related parties involved in the deal, the statement added.
