Zoujaj extends MoU with SAGCO

The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) announced today, Nov. 6, the extension of the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Saudi Arabian Glass Co. Ltd. (SAGCO) to explore a potential acquisition or merger deal with the latter.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that the MoU will be valid for another six months until May 8, 2025, pending approval of competent authorities.
