Sulaiman Al Habib to elect board members, authorize board to distribute dividends on Dec. 4

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group’s shareholders will vote on electing board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Dec. 10, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Dec. 4, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will also discuss authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends, semi-annually or quarterly, to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, the statement added.
