Mufeed IPO on Nomu 515.5% covered

Value Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager for the initial public offering (IPO) of Mufeed Co. on the Nomu-Parallel Market, announced the offering's completion at a coverage ratio of 515.5%, according to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website.

 

The IPO ran from Nov. 3-11.

Value Capital will finalize the required procedures with Tadawul, before determining the listing date.

 

The offering price was set at SAR 77 a share.
