Al Jouf Cement Co. signed a clinker supply contract with a Jordanian company specializing in industry and mining, with a total value of SAR 38 million.

 

Under the contract, Al Jouf Cement will supply clinker to the Jordanian firm starting Jan. 1, 2025. The agreement will end on Dec. 31, 2025, or upon completion of the agreed quantity, whichever comes first, according to a statement on Tadawul.

The contract value represents 12.6% of the company's total revenues, according to the latest audited financial statements for 2023.

 

The company expected a positive financial impact on its results from Q1 2025 until Q4 2025.

 

There are no related parties, Al Jouf Cement said, noting that the deal falls within the normal course of its business and does not include any preferential terms.
