Molan Steel secures GAC’s clearance for Mayar International acquisition

Molan Steel Co. received a "No Notification Required" certificate from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), dated Dec. 15, for its 100% acquisition of Mayar International Industry.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that there is no change to the cost of the deal.

In November, Molan signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Yara International Limited Co. to acquire 100% of Mayar International, according to data available from Argaam.
