Ejar says mandatory to link utility meters to beneficiary’s name

Property rental service Ejar announced that linking electricity and water meters to the actual beneficiary’s name is now mandatory for new rental contracts.

 

The move aims to improve the leasing process, Ejar said on social messaging platform X.
