Edaa implements capital hike on Tadweeer

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of National Environmental Recycling Co.’s (Tadweeer) shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Dec. 23, according to a Tadawul statement.

On Dec. 18, the company's extraordinary general meeting approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital by 100% via a one-for-one bonus issue.

 

The capital hike will be financed through capitalizing SAR 58.08 million from the retained earnings account, according to data available with Argaam.
