Edaa implements securities increase on Al Arabia

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for Arabian Contracting Services Co. (Al Arabia) on the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Dec 26.

According to data available with Argaam, Al Arabia shareholders approved on Dec. 23 the board’s recommendation to increase capital by 10% via a bonus issue. Al Arabia will capitalize SAR 50 million from the retained earnings and issue one bonus share for every 10 existing shares.
