Bank AlJazira appoints Abdulmajeed AlSultan as Chairman, Mohammed Bindawood as Vice Chairman

Bank AlJazira’s board of directors approved, on Jan. 7, appointing Abdulmajeed Ibrahim AlSultan as Chairman and Mohammed Bindawood as Vice Chairman.

In a statement to Tadawul, the bank also approved appointing Naif Al Abdulkareem as Managing Director.

 

The bank added that SAMA non-objection was obtained on Jan. 7.
