AMAK reappoints Mohammed Aballala as Chairman, Ibrahim Bin Musallam as Vice-Chairman

Almasane Alkobra Mining Co.’s (AMAK) board of directors, in its meeting held on Jan. 9, reappointed Mohammed Bin Manea Aballala as Chairman and Ibrahim Ali Bin Musallam as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 
The board also formed the other committees, and named the board secretary as well as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the statement added.
