Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.’s shareholders approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 20 to amend Article 3 of the bylaws, related to the company’s objectives.

 

According to a separate statement on Tadawul, shareholders also approved the other items listed on the agenda.
