City Cement Co.'s plant 

City Cement Co.’s board of directors, on Jan. 22, appointed Badr bin Omar Alabdullatif as Chairman and Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Shabnan as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Alabdullatif was relieved from his position as Managing Director.

 

City Cement announced earlier that Chairman Prince Abdulaziz Al Saud bin Mishaal passed away on Jan. 21, data compiled with Argaam showed.
