ITMAM seals consulting services contract with Foreign Ministry

ITMAM Consulting Co. inked on Jan. 7 a consulting services project contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to study the formation of the legal committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 

The necessary signatures were obtained and the final contract was received on Jan. 27.

 
 

The contract’s value will exceed 10% of the company’s gross revenue for 2023. The deal is valid for 18 months.

 

The relevant financial impact will reflect on financial statements for 2025-2026.

 

According to data available on Argaam, ITMAM reported a revenue of SAR 78.8 million in 2023.
