WSM signs data project contract with Awqaf Authority

WSM for Information Technology Co. signed, on Feb. 4, a contract with the General Authority for Awqaf (GAA), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The value of the project is 11.6% of WSM’s total revenue for 2023, which amounted to SAR 28.02 million.

The project entails revising and registering the endowments data with the other authorities for 24 months.

 

This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's financial results for the first half of 2025.

 

The deal included no related parties, the statement added.

 

The company received in January a letter of award from the GAA for a data revision and registration project, Argaam reported.
