Purity signs SAR 3.1M contract with Advanced Electronics

Purity Tech Co. signed a contract today, Feb. 12, with Advanced Electronics Co. Ltd. to provide networking technologies, with a total contract value of SAR 3.08 million (excluding VAT).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract duration is three months, under which it will supply networking technology devices, infrastructure, and related accessories.

 

The financial impact of the contract is expected to appear in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending 2024/2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
