Almujtama Alraida approves Community Doctor partner’s request to divide share

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co.’s board of directors approved a request by Talal Saleh Bakr Qutb Co. (Qutb Medical), a partner in Community Doctor Medical Care Co., to divide its share.

 

Following the split, Qutb Medical will hold a 25% stake in Community Doctor and Dr. Hadi Talal Saleh Qutb will own 25%, Almujtama Alraida said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

According to data available on Argaam, Almujtama Alraida inked an agreement with Qutb Medical to establish a limited liability company — Community Doctor — with a capital of SAR 100,000 and under a 50-50 partnership.
