Rawasi Albina Sukuk to debut on Tadawul on March 13

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that Sukuk Rawasi Albina Investment 1 will be listed and commence trading on March 13, under the symbol 5021 and ISIN code SA16900IEEJ3.

 

Additionally, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) confirmed the allocation of Sukuk Rawasi Albina Investment 1 into eligible investors' accounts as of today, March 11.

According to Argaam data, Rawasi Albina Investment Co. recently announced the completion of the first series of its SAR 50 million worth of SAR-denominated sukuk. The company said that 15,991 investors subscribed to 249,491 certificates, with a coverage ratio of 499%.
