Saudi Arabia’s GCC Q4 2024 imports reach SAR 18.4B, UAE leads with 69%

Saudi Arabia’s merchandise imports from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries totaled SAR 18.4 billion in Q4 2024, reflecting a 15% decline year-over-year (YoY), according to data from the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).

 

The UAE accounted for 69% of total Saudi imports during the period, amounting to SAR 12.6 billion, a 12% decrease from Q4 2023.

 

Oman ranked second with SAR 2.6 billion in imports, followed by Bahrain with SAR 2.1 billion.
