Keir unable to disclose 2024 financials on time

Keir International Co. will not disclose its financial results for 2024 within the specified deadline.

 

The annual financial statements for the period ended on 31/12/2024 have not been finalized for review to date, Keir said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The annual results will be published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website as soon as the audit process is completed.

 

Keir expects to disclose its annual results on April 30.

 

The company is working on finalizing the financial statements with the external auditor and will publish them once approved.

 

Procedures for trading suspension of listed securities will apply.
