Meyar says Riyadh factory to launch ops in Q2 2025

Meyar Co. said its cement and ready-mix concrete production factory in Riyadh will commence operations in the second quarter of 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, Meyar added that all licenses required for the factory were obtained, in addition to equipment testing completed and efficiency successfully verified.

 

The relevant financial and operational impact is expected to appear this year.

 

In September 2023, Meyar concluded an agreement to purchase a cement and ready-mix concrete production factory worth SAR 3.3 million in the north of Riyadh, Argaam reported.

 

Trial operations were launched on September 9, 2024.
