2P renews SAR 150M bank facilities with Bank AlJazira

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) increased and renewed a Shariah-compliant bank facilities agreement worth SAR 150 million with Bank AlJazira.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the deal was concluded and signed on April 6, 2025, and will remain valid until Jan. 22, 2026.

 

The amount will be utilized for newly awarded projects (issuing letters of guarantee, letters of credit and invoice financing), the statement added.

 

The facilities are fully secured by promissory notes, 2P noted, indicating that no related parties are part of the deal.
