GAC issues 23 economic concentration decisions in March

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued 23 decisions on economic concentration applications in March, according to its official X account today, April 8.

 

The March decisions included 22 unconditional clearances and one conditional approval. Acquisition deals made up around 82% of the total, while joint ventures (JVs) accounted for the remaining 18%.

Among the approved deals, GAC cleared Avilog Logistics Services Co.’s acquisition of a 49% stake in SATS Saudi Arabia.
