Alkhaleej Training’s unit inks SAR 33M contract with Commerce Ministry

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s subsidiary, Advanced Systems and Solutions for Communications Co. (Smart Link), signed on April 16 a contract with the Ministry of Commerce for SAR 33 million, VAT inclusive.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the three-year contract covers operating and outsourcing the Unified Call Center (Bainah) by Smart Link.

 

This contract is expected to have a positive impact on Alkhaleej Training’s financial results starting from the second quarter of 2025, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
