Saudi Electricity shareholders to vote on 7% dividend for 2024 on May 13

Saudi Electricity Co.’s (SEC) shareholders will vote on the board’ recommendation on the distribution of cash dividend at 7% of capital, or SAR 0.70 a share, for 2024, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on May 13, according to a statement to Tadawul.
