GAS pens SAR 33M contract with Yamama Cement

Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) signed today, April 28, a SAR 32.85 million contract (VAT exclusive) with Yamama Cement Co., the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The 20-month project covers fuel supply for Phase II of the Yamama Replacement Project (YRP), within the scope of Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco).

The contract entails supplying and installing a measurement unit, pipeline connections, valves, and system commissioning. This is besides carrying out related civil and construction works at Yamama Cement’s new plant.

 

GAS expects the deal to positively impact its financial results for 2025 and 2026.

 

There are no related parties involved in the deal, the statement added.
