SABIC AN shareholders authorize board to pay 2025 dividends

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved all other items on the ordinary general meeting’s agenda, the statement added.

 

SABIC AN paid a 60% cash dividend at SAR 6 a share for 2024, data compiled by Argaam showed.
